S.r.l.<\/strong>, VAT no. 06050190658, with its registered office at Via Montemagno, 1 \u2013 Palomonte (Salerno), Italy.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our project offers\u00a0<strong>digital certification<\/strong>\u00a0of pilgrimages through the issuance of\u00a0<strong>NFT Seals<\/strong>\u00a0recorded on the\u00a0<strong>Polygon blockchain<\/strong>.<br \/>Sigillum Fidei operates independently and is\u00a0<strong>not affiliated with any religious institution<\/strong>.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our goal is to provide pilgrims with a verifiable, tamper-proof record of their spiritual journeys, using modern blockchain technologies and NFT standards.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Scope of Services<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Through our\u00a0<strong>mobile application<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>official website<\/strong>\u00a0(<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sigillumfidei.com\/\">www.sigillumfidei.com<\/a>), Sigillum Fidei offers:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Verification of visits to designated sacred sites via GPS location tracking;<\/li><li>Issuance of a\u00a0<strong>unique blockchain-based certificate<\/strong>\u00a0(NFT Seal) per visited site;<\/li><li>Hosting of the visual certificate image externally on decentralized storage (IPFS) or secure HTTPS endpoints;<\/li><li>Collection management via OpenSea (Polygon Section) for visibility and optional search filters;<\/li><li><strong>Research and development activities<\/strong>, including the use of anonymized user data to train and validate artificial intelligence systems.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use of Sigillum Fidei services implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including the data use described.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Use of the Mobile Application<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users must:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Download and install the Sigillum Fidei mobile app;<\/li><li>Enable location services for site verification;<\/li><li>Maintain an active internet connection.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sigillum Fidei is not responsible for failures in location detection due to device or network issues.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Certification Process and Blockchain Registration<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon successful GPS verification at a sacred site, the user may request the issuance of a\u00a0<strong>Pilgrimage Certificate<\/strong>\u00a0in the form of an\u00a0<strong>NFT Seal<\/strong>.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The certification process includes:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Recording\u00a0<strong>primary metadata<\/strong>\u00a0(Full Name, Date of Birth, Nationality, Sacred Site Visited, Visit Date, Visit Time, GPS Coordinates, and Certifier)\u00a0<strong>directly and immutably on the Polygon blockchain<\/strong>;<\/li><li>Linking the NFT to a\u00a0<strong>visual certificate image<\/strong>, hosted externally on IPFS or a secure HTTPS server.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The NFT Seal is minted through the\u00a0<strong>official Sigillum Fidei wallet address<\/strong>\u00a0and published in the\u00a0<strong>Sigillum Fidei collection<\/strong>on OpenSea (Polygon network).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Important Notice:<\/strong><br \/>Once recorded, the blockchain metadata:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Cannot be modified, hidden, or deleted;<\/li><li>Remains permanently and publicly accessible via blockchain explorers.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users must review and confirm their data carefully before minting.<\/p><ol start=\"5\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Visual Certificates and NFT Image Hosting<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The\u00a0<strong>visual certificate image<\/strong>\u00a0associated with each NFT Seal:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Displays the pilgrimage metadata graphically;<\/li><li>Includes the official\u00a0<strong>Sigillum Fidei golden seal logo<\/strong>\u00a0and user profile photo (if provided);<\/li><li>Is hosted\u00a0<strong>outside the blockchain<\/strong>, via decentralized storage (IPFS) or secure HTTPS servers.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Attention:<\/strong><br \/>Sigillum Fidei cannot guarantee the indefinite availability of externally hosted images.<br \/>However, the\u00a0<strong>blockchain certification<\/strong>\u00a0remains valid even if the visual image becomes inaccessible.<\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Research, Development, and Artificial Intelligence Systems<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lab421 S.r.l., operator of Sigillum Fidei, uses anonymized user data collected through the service to:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Train, validate, and improve artificial intelligence systems;<\/li><li>Conduct research activities related to pilgrimage certification, blockchain technologies, and location-based services.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All data used for AI research and development is\u00a0<strong>previously anonymized<\/strong>\u00a0to ensure that no personally identifiable information is involved.<br \/>These activities are conducted under\u00a0<strong>Lab421\u2019s legitimate interest<\/strong>\u00a0to innovate and improve services, in full compliance with applicable data protection laws.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Users acknowledge and accept<\/strong>\u00a0that their anonymized data may be used for these purposes upon using Sigillum Fidei services.<\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Payments, Contributions, and Donations<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Accessing and installing the Sigillum Fidei mobile application is free.<br \/>However, unlocking an NFT Seal after verifying a sacred site may require a\u00a0<strong>small contribution<\/strong>.<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Payments are processed securely through the app or the website.<\/li><li>All contributions are\u00a0<strong>non-refundable<\/strong>\u00a0once the NFT Seal has been issued.<\/li><li>A\u00a0<strong>portion of collected contributions<\/strong>\u00a0may be donated to charitable initiatives, as determined solely by Sigillum Fidei.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sigillum Fidei reserves the right to update contribution amounts and donation beneficiaries.<\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Data Permanence and Irrevocability<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By using Sigillum Fidei services, users acknowledge and accept that:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>All certification metadata is\u00a0<strong>permanently recorded<\/strong>\u00a0on the\u00a0<strong>Polygon blockchain<\/strong>;<\/li><li>Data recorded on the blockchain is\u00a0<strong>public, tamper-proof, and technically irreversible<\/strong>;<\/li><li><strong>Visual certificate images<\/strong>\u00a0are hosted externally and may become inaccessible over time;<\/li><li>Once confirmed, the data cannot be modified, hidden, or deleted by Sigillum Fidei or any other party.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The validity of the pilgrimage certification remains even if external hosting of the visual certificate ceases.<\/p><ol start=\"9\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> User Responsibilities<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users must:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Verify the accuracy of all data before minting an NFT Seal;<\/li><li>Understand and accept the permanent nature of blockchain registration;<\/li><li>Manage their own blockchain wallets and access credentials securely.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sigillum Fidei disclaims responsibility for:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Loss of access to NFT Seals due to user negligence;<\/li><li>Inaccessibility of externally hosted images;<\/li><li>Service disruptions caused by external platforms like Polygon or OpenSea.<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"10\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Limitation of Liability<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sigillum Fidei provides its services\u00a0<strong>&#8220;as is&#8221;<\/strong>, without any express or implied warranties.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are\u00a0<strong>not responsible<\/strong>\u00a0for:<\/p><ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><li>Technical failures, GPS inaccuracies, system errors, or interruptions;<\/li><li>Unauthorized access to blockchain wallets;<\/li><li>Changes in third-party services, decentralized storage availability, or blockchain network stability;<\/li><li>Future technological shifts impacting blockchain or decentralized hosting infrastructures.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Users acknowledge that the\u00a0<strong>blockchain<\/strong>\u00a0and decentralized storage systems are\u00a0<strong>independent<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>beyond the full control<\/strong>\u00a0of Sigillum Fidei.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lab421 S.r.l. disclaims any liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.<\/p><ol start=\"11\"><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Intellectual Property Rights<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All trademarks, logos, designs, application interfaces, website
